I believe it is time to introduce the community to the website. I would love everyone's feedback on what they would like added or changed, so please use the red button that says Feedback on the community site. I will list a couple of the features that might be of use to the community right away!
Businesses whitelisted and player-owned will slowly start making their way to the website. There is a area called factions that anyone can create their own space. These spaces will eventually host all your documents and information. You can also add a Application link for people who are not members of your faction to join you. I'm sure it will take time to get familiar. The goal here is to free up our staff from having to accommodate businesses' needs. With factions, you have a mini website inside the community site and ultimately gives you an excellent way to advertise your business to the community. You can create pages, forums, calendars, sidebars, Invite members, kick members, ban members, assign moderators, etc. If you need help setting up a Faction, please let me know. I would be happy to help!
In the past, we have been racking our brains to figure out the most Frequently asked questions to help guide new players. With the new Questions forum, you can post a question, and the community can post answers. The community can also upvote and downvote answers. The system is similar to many sites like Reddit and Stackoverflow.
I have added many new tools for our dev team to benefit both player and dev. Many large gaming development companies use the feature request system to get feedback from their community, and it's clean and straightforward. This site also integrates with many of the tools we use currently and will be a great addition. Changelogs have also been given a home on the community site for users to see and dev' to update.
There are many more minor additions to the site, but I will leave you guys to play around and find them independently. Please create an account and use the feedback button when you have time!
